Alisha Martin is a strategic advisor and acquisition entrepreneur focused on helping trade service business owners transition from operator to asset builder.
Growing up in her father’s general contracting business, Alisha experienced firsthand the realities of blue-collar entrepreneurship: long hours, operational bottlenecks, inconsistent growth, and the pressure many founders carry as the business becomes dependent on them.
That experience shaped the way she approaches business today.
Rather than learning mergers and acquisitions in a classroom, Alisha learned through mentorship, execution, and hands-on analysis in the real world. Over 18 months, she analyzed more than 900 trade service businesses, wrote 40 acquisition offers, had 16 accepted, closed multiple deals, and currently has additional businesses pending a close.
As a single full-time mom building her business in limited working hours, she became obsessed with efficiency, pattern recognition, and identifying the highest-leverage actions that create real business growth.
Today, through Buybird Acquisitions, Alisha helps founders build businesses that can scale beyond the owner, allowing the owner the freedom they had in mind when they began the business.
Her mission is simple: help founders stop building jobs for themselves and start building true assets that create freedom, wealth, and legacy.
