Alisha Martin is a strategic acquisitions advisor and consultant with over 25 years of experience guiding entrepreneurs through growth strategy and company structure. She found love in Buybird Acquisitions because through it she could help business owners scale faster, with less risk, and with confidence.

Alisha has led or supported more than 100 transactions across sectors including real estate, home services, healthcare, and B2B professional services. Her background spans buy-side advisory, operator-investor matchmaking, and strategic consulting for first-time buyers and business owners..

Prior to Buybird, Alisha worked in the accounting industry with a focus on bookkeeping for small businesses and as a business growth consultant.

Mark Finckle

Director of Capital Markets

Mark Finckle is a seasoned financial expert with over 25 years of experience on Wall Street. He has held leadership positions at Bear Stearns, Thomas Weisel Partners, and PaineWebber, and has directed investment banking efforts at three boutique investment banks.

Throughout his career, Mark has successfully executed more than 250 transactions, raising $3 billion in financing, while collaborating closely with many of the world's top venture capital firms. He began his career as a CPA at PricewaterhouseCoopers and has also served as Director of Financial Planning for a Fortune 500 telecom company and EVP of Finance for a public oil and gas company. Mark earned his MBA from Northwestern University.
